Shipping

In-Stock stairs will ship within 1-2 weeks.  Custom orders will ship 3-4 weeks from receipt of order form and fabric.

If a stair is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage and email us with the photo attached and your order number enclosed, to receive a refund or replacement.

If the exterior of the package is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the damaged area (and the shipping label if possible) prior to opening. If damage is present, our return policy as stated above will apply.   

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the criteria above (damage) is met.  We will do our best to photograph each stair as accurately as possible.  If you are unsure of your purchase and would like additional clarification, please contacts us.   

International

Please contact us for international shipping rates.  If your country collects import taxes and fees, you will be responsible for any such charges.

Delivery

We offer local delivery for $45 if within 30 miles from Worcester PA.  Please contact us to coordinate.
